Well, it’s pretty obvious how behind I am on my food-related blogging, so here’s a quick run down of some recipe highlights of late. I promise to be back to regular blogging after this weekend!
Hearty, flavourful and delicious, this traditional Hungarian dish was unlike anything I’d ever made before. Recommended for the cold winter months.
Not to be confused with masala, the Indian mixture of spices, marsala is a fortified wine commonly used in Italy. Most North Americans only use marsala to make the traditional dish chicken marsala, so it was hard to find other recipes that used it in big quantities (I have a whole litre of it and need to get rid of it!)
This is probably the sixth pad thai recipe I’ve tried, and while it wasn’t my absolute favourite, it’s definitely a good one.
